The company offers software and consulting services for telecoms and related service providers — customer management, products, billing, network and resource orchestration, automation, cloud platforms. It supports transformations towards 5G, NFV/SDN, cloud-native architectures, automation, API-oriented architectures, digital customer engagement, etc.
The company was founded in 1993 in Waltham, Massachusetts, USA, and in 2008 became fully owned by the Japanese corporation NEC. Netcracker has 168 offices in over 50 countries around the world. The local company in Bulgaria was founded in 2019. It has two offices – in Sofia and Plovdiv, with the number of employees doubling in the last year. The Bulgarian company is primarily involved in projects implemented for Netcracker clients around the world. The teams are multinational, with the working language being English.

Местното дружество в България е основано през 2019 г. Има два офиса – в София и Пловдив, като броят на служителите през последната една година се увеличи двойно. Българското дружеството участва предимно в проекти, изпълнявани за клиенти на Netcracker по света. Екипите са мултинационални, като работният език е английски.
